Dialogic Windows 2003 Server Fix
Download the following file and place in the Windows system32 directory and then reboot to fix the "unable to start dialogic service" error under Windows Server 2003.
We started using ExpressTime in September 2004. We saved 2% in payroll costs alone!
In addition we saved countless hours of labor. We used to use a voice mail box – we had to manually listen to check ins and check outs. Then we had to calculate the hours! The only way our managers had to ensure all their buildings were staffed was to check the line every hour. The only way to get messages to cleaners or buildings was to physically go over to the site.
So you can imagine the supervisors quickly learned to LOVE Expresstime.
